Hi, micromax announcing its first update for any android device ever. This update is jellybean (4.1). You maybe thinking he is lying, but no. Micromax declared update for micromax a110 canvas 2. This is the first ever device which is getting it's official update by Micromax. There are many custom roms available based on JellyBean like- Suvi v3 Rom, Semi v2 Rom. Micromax Users must be proud by handling micromax a110 canvas 2, after all its the 'first ever device to get Update by micromax'. This update is only for Micromax A110 canvas 2, not for Micromax A110 canvas, Micromax A90 pixels, Micromax A90s Pixel 2, Micromax A101.
Micromax A110 canvas 2 is on Ice Cream Sandwitch yet, but you can soon upgrade it to jellybean. JellyBean has many features like New accessibility features, new and fast web browser, new camera application- better pictures and videos, new clock, edge cutting UI etc. These features will be available in jellybean for micromax a110 canvas 2.
Update will not be OTA
Micromax said that, this update will not OTA (over the air). If you want to upgrade, you need to go micromax service center and you need to tell them to update it to jellybean. Don't expect that you will get update by sitting at your home.
