Hi guys this rom is released today, its name is Droid DD. This is for Micromax A57 Ninja 3. Micromax A57 is a nice device, comes with 1ghz, 256MB RAM which is quite nice for multitasking but it is a slow device, so i am presenting you a fast rom for micromax a57 ninja 3.0. This is awesome custom rom for micromax ninjas. This is version 3 *latest* you will surely love this rom. This rom gives benchmark too high- 3933

dude for fonts, change from romtoolbox or from font changer app...for settings bg, if its diff from all tehn open settings apk goto res then drawable-hdpi folder and replace that pic if all bg u wanna change go n search tht pic in systemui

Kya aap micromax 2.3.5 ko 2.3.6 me change nahi ho sakta hai ya fir 4.0 me?

Yes, but it MAY be complicated cuz i NEVER tried...BECAUSE i had a device with less devs (aha! first indian device 2 receive GB update/cm update :D)..i think you need 2 install CWM from there...dude in short, recovery will rock.

my a57 is totally messed up i am not able to go in to recovery mode and rom manager is also not helping. how to custom rom now?
hey, ROM booting? if yes then you need to flash recovery first. You can do so by tools like "Android Partition Manager" or ADB. Then you can flash this ROM.

the main problem is this that i have deleted some of the dalvik caches unknowingly and now i am not able to boot into bootloader mode.
please help me...
i think if i manually go and paste those dalvik caches in to rom that might help?

Ohkay, No! you need to re-flash the whole ROM!! and before that, wipe the DATA.
This won't boot because-
* Kernel is different.
* RAMDISK need to be modified.
* Build.prop needs to be modified.
And some other probs like device's hardware key maping..
then sir plz modify all useful things for micromax A57 and create new rom based on android 2.3.6 plz sir do it you can do it you are great plz sir do it for all micromax A57 users and god your faithfully friend
