There is a person (anonymous) who said he wants rooting karbonn a12 guide fast so i made rooting karbonn a12 guide as fast as i could. So lets see that will it root Karbonn A12 or not...there are 99% chances that it will work. And Geekyzz is first to post rooting guide of Karbonn A12 on internet!!
Karbonn A12 is a nice phone and for people who don't want to buy expensive devices. It is mid-range devices with some high-end features. Now comes the real topic, the specifications! the processor is nice at this range of price. Karbonn A12 is powered with 1 GHz Ultra Fast Processor which is really amazing. If the processor was of snapdragon but it is just simple processor so don't expect fastness like of Karbonn A21 and other snapdragon devices. If you need fast phone you just do not need a good processor, the processor should accompany with a good and fast amount of RAM available in android. The Karbonn A12 has nice RAM, 512 MB of RAM can make your gaming experience, multitasking and overall experience very good. The 4.5 inches of qHD TFT capacitive touchscreen makes really great output of games, pictures and etc multimedia things. The Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwitch) is a great OS and much better than devices having 2.3 (GingerBread) like Micromax A57 Ninja 3.0 so you have more available applications and games for your Karbonn A12 with edge-cutting nice UI. The rear camera is good but front camera is poor which can be a cons of Karbonn A12 and the rear can be pros. The front camera is of 5.0 MP (Mega Pixels) (2592x1944 Pixels) with features like Auto Focus and LED Flash and the  Front is Digital Camera 0.3 MP (Mega Pixels) (640x480 Pixels) which is too bad like rear camera is 5.0 MP and rear 0.3 MP camera. You can open many videos having extensions like MP4, 3GP, AVI, H.263, H.264 etc but you can play almost all by 3rd party applications available at playstore. You can open many pictures having extensions of JPEG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG. There is FM radio available for users who like to listen to music, i like to listen music what about you? For your music, 3.5 mm Jack is provided which is universally used in all headsets and in all android devices. Some other features of Karbonn A12 are Multi Languages support, Call Conference, Voice Recording (it is available for all android devices). The internal storage of Karbonn A12 is of 4 GB which is really nice to store your applications, pictures, music etc. If 4 GB is not sufficient for you then you can use your external SD card (memory card) upto 32 GB for storing things. It has some sensors like, proximity sensors, G-sensors and ambient (not sure of ambient sensors) (ambient sensors are also called light sensors). It has Dual-SIM support for your 2 SIM cards and both are dual standby. For navigation it is having GPS supports, A-Class GPS support so don't use Map-My-India if you have GPS in your smartphone. The battery is very short and limited! 1800 mAH battery is very less for gaming, multitasking. The phone has 3G support, Wi-Fi support, Bluetooth because they are fundamental features of any android (3g may not supported to some devices). 3  Download .Android (its on .rar).
 Extract android.rar in C:>Users>YourUserName and Reboot your computer.

How to Root  Karbonn A12 -

**Before Rooting Karbonn A12, Disable USB debugging in android device if you enabled it (by going, settings>Developer options>USB debugging, disable USB debugging check box.) and now connect USB (don't mount SD card) and you will see drivers, now install em! if you do not see then enable USB debugging and then try this! if still you do not get drivers, continue this guide!** OR eh! if you feel this guide tough then use this easy thing- Installing Drivers of Any Android Device by Pdanet


1 Enable USB debugging on Karbonn A12 by going, settings>Developer options>USB debugging, enable USB debugging check box.

2 Download, unpack Bin4ry Rooting Toolkit into 1 folder

3 Double Click (Run): RunMe.bat
 
(Note: Open RunMe.bat not RunMe.sh)


4 Press "1" when launched (Normal Mode)

5 It will root automatically and will display as above.

6 When done, press any key

7 When Rooted, then shout 'Yippee, Rooted My Karbonn A12 ' 

NOW INSTALL ANY CUSTOM RECOVERY OR CUSTOM ROM ON YOUR KARBONN A12.
